Terms of Use
Rules for the website, loader, overlay, and license keys. Last updated September 1, 2026.
1. Agreement
These Terms of Use govern the Project CPP website, dashboard, loader executable, overlay, cloud configs, and remote-control connection (together, the “Service”). By creating an account, redeeming a license key, downloading the loader, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, do not register, redeem a key, or run the loader.
2. What Project CPP is
Project CPP is a licensed external overlay and companion dashboard for FiveM. It includes a Windows loader, an overlay (ESP, aim tools, stream-proof drawing), cloud config storage, and a control channel that pairs the website with a running loader on the same account.
The Service is not an official FiveM, Cfx.re, or Rockstar product. Using it may violate third-party terms of service and can result in game or platform sanctions. You accept that risk.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and able to form a binding contract. The Service is intended for personal use on hardware you control.
4. Accounts
Registration requires a username, email address, password, and Discord user ID. You must provide accurate information and keep it current. You are responsible for activity on your account.
Do not share your password, session, loader login, or Discord-linked account. One person per account. We may lock, ban, or delete accounts that are shared, sold, or used to evade a prior ban.
5. License keys
Access to the loader, overlay, cloud configs, and remote control requires a valid license on the account. You can place an order without signing in; the license key is emailed after payment and is redeemed on an account. Keys are issued by operators.
Each account may redeem one key. Keys are non-transferable and bound to that account. Do not sell, gift, publicly post, or attempt to reuse a redeemed, blacklisted, or revoked key.
License duration (standard, lifetime, or other operator-assigned status) is determined by the key at redeem time. We may change build IDs, lock outdated loaders, or require an update before the overlay will run.
6. Hardware lock and the loader
The loader binds a hardware identifier (HWID) and may report device details (such as CPU, GPU, storage, motherboard, and OS) to verify the session. Moving the account to new hardware may require an operator HWID reset.
Run only the loader we distribute for your account. Tampering with the binary, spoofing HWID, bypassing build checks, or connecting unofficial clients is prohibited and may result in an immediate ban.
7. Cloud configs and remote control
Licensed accounts may save, share, clone, and apply overlay configs through the dashboard. Do not upload configs that contain others’ personal data or malware. We may remove configs and revoke access if they abuse the platform.
Remote control works only while the loader is signed in on the same account and the control connection is authenticated. We do not guarantee that the website and exe will stay paired through network failures, outdated builds, or maintenance.
8. Acceptable use
You may use the Service only as provided: register, redeem, download the official loader, and operate the overlay on your own sessions. You may not attack, scrape, or overload our servers; probe for vulnerabilities except through a channel we designate; impersonate staff; or use the Service to harm other players outside the overlay’s stated functions.
We may rate-limit, suspend, blacklist, or permanently ban accounts, keys, or hardware identities when we believe these terms were broken.
9. No refunds
Sales are final. Redeeming a key is acceptance of a non-refundable license. We do not refund for bans, hardware changes, FiveM or game updates, detections, downtime, or a change of mind.
10. Availability and “undetected” claims
We aim to keep auth, license checks, and loader distribution running, and we publish live system status on the site. We do not promise uninterrupted service, permanent compatibility, or a permanent undetected rate. Game and anti-cheat updates can break features without notice.
Marketing figures on the homepage (such as latency or uptime copy) are promotional, not a service-level agreement or live telemetry.
11. Intellectual property
The website, dashboard, loader, overlay, branding, and documentation belong to Project CPP operators except where third-party licenses apply. A license key grants a limited, revocable, personal right to use the Service — not ownership of the software.
12. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. Operators may suspend or delete accounts, revoke keys, reset HWID, or refuse the loader when these terms, fraud, abuse, or legal risk require it. Provisions that should survive (including license restrictions, no-refund, disclaimers, and liability limits) remain in effect.
13. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the fullest extent allowed by law. Third-party platforms (FiveM, Discord, hosting providers) are outside our control.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Project CPP and its operators are not liable for lost accounts, game bans, lost profits, device damage, or indirect or consequential damages. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the license redeemed on your account, or zero if you never redeemed a paid key.
15. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page is the current version. Material changes may also be posted on Discord or the dashboard. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
16. Contact
Questions about these terms: Discord at discord.gg/py5MekDYq. There is no separate billing portal while keys are operator-issued.
